ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Job Description
The Property Analyst shall be responsible to effectively oversee one or more client accounts, including coordination with the assigned client(s) and the company’s vendor network, conduct quality control and submission of work order results, and complete other administrative office functions as needed.
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for the assigned client(s) and vendor network via phone and email
- Manage web-based client and in-office work order queues
- Complete quality control and final order submission of vendor results
- Demonstrate ownership in assigned account’s quality and performance
- Complete and oversee other miscellaneous tasks or functions as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of undergraduate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred
- Basic understanding of residential construction preferred
- Flexibility to include at least one weekend day in set work schedule
- Ability to quickly learn industry regulations and quickly adapt to frequent changes in industry standards, regulations, and expectations
- Professionalism with clients, vendors, and other employees
- Strong telephone and email communication skills
- Ability to prioritize daily workload and move quickly from one task to another
- Confidence in using MS Office software including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn and excel in industry standard software program
- Great attention to detail
