Steve Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of Precision Field Services.  He founded the company with his two brothers in 2006.  Starting out with just 3 guys and a pick-up truck, they were able to grow Precision into one of the mortgage field service industries top Property Preservation & REO companies in the Southeast.  Steve has been a driving force behind taking Precision from working with local brokers and clients to a direct servicing contract with FNMA.

As CEO, Steve is responsible for company-wide initiatives involving sales, operations, and strategic planning.  He brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate from new construction, property management, and sales to the organization.  Over the past decade, Steve has been instrumental in expanding Precision’s business lines to include new construction, land development, and commercial property investment.

Steve has always had a passion for real estate.  Before joining Precision Field Services, he owned and operated a small maintenance and construction business for 5 years. Steve was also a licensed Realtor for 12 years with Legacy International.

When not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.  He is also an active and engaged mentor to young entrepreneurs in the Nashville market.
